Bica-San pays homage to the enduring gastronomic history between Portugal and Japan, which dates back to the 16th century, with food inspired by those long-lasting ties. At our Izakaya, set within the lobby of the Independente Bica, we only use the best produce available, resorting to traditional techniques that can be found within both cultures. All of our dishes have been designed to be shared and to go along with our young, fun and lively wines or with one of the cocktails made from extraordinary Japanese teas.
